Anyways, another week means another update. So here we go...

Those +95 points are only thanks to picking up Afro Samurai this afternoon from GameStop. They had it for $10 new as a part of their "Game Days of Summer" sales event. I only got in a couple hours but I'm enjoying it. I loved the anime series and movie, and I regretted not buying it when it was newly released, so it is nice to play it.

Anyways, hopefully I'll get in some serious gaming sometime soon. It's just really weird trying to balance seven thousand different things at once. Though, to be fair, I am doing a million times (well, maybe not a million, but it is a lot) better than I did last year. 3 months in, last year, I had maybe 1,000+ points.

New week, new update.

Alas, God of War 3 and Final Fantasy XIII have hindered my gamerscore gain as of late. Luckily, I finished God of War this evening. I can now focus on going on to finishing up some of the Xbox 360 games that are piling up.

Today, I finally broke down. Even though I'm enthralled but the wonderful beauty known simply as Final Fantasy XII I finally bought a copy of Avatar: The Last Airbender - The Burning Earth. A local electronic store had a used copy for $12, has a wonderful return policy, and the fact I haven't earned a single achievement in 2 weeks made me snap. So, here in a few minutes, I'll make up for the lack of 2 weeks of gaming in 5 minutes.

May the Heavens forgive me...

Yeah, so, my bad. Alas, the last couple weeks offered more playtime from my Playstation 3 than my Xbox 360. It doesn't seem to be letting up any either. The best I'll be able to do is go back and actually finish Bioshock 2 and Darksiders. Final Fantasy XIII comes out tomorrow, but I'm getting that on the PS3. Then God of War 3 is next week.

...I actually feel sad for my little green machine....

Well, this is a sorrowful update. A whole week with ZERO increases. I blame it on my rekindled fascination with Poke`mon and the PS3 exclusive Heavy Rain.
